About the role

As part of the role, you will:

• Support young people in connecting with the gaming community.
• Work with studios and providing feedback.
• Manage logistics and maintaining the QA Gaming Suite.
• Source and manage early access games, as well as logging hardware issues.
• Contribute to training processes and participating in ongoing learning.
• Identify and address issues related to hardware or logistics.

• Willing to secure DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker screening.
• In the process of completing the QA for Gaming Micro-credential Training Program.
• Passionate about gaming and willing to share knowledge with others.
• Confidence to communicate with other young people in their learning journey.
• Tech savvy and experienced using a range of software programs.
• Organised and can complete tasks as requested.
